Lion’s mane 

This is a beautiful, edible mushroom that grows like a white waterfall of cascading icicles on broad leaf trees and logs. The subject of recent studies, Lion’s Mane is renowned for providing support to the brain and nervous system*. It is a NGF activator, which is essential for nerve growth, maintenance and survival*.

Bacopa 

The supplement Bacopa monnieri has been shown to improve memory formation and cognition by reducing anxiety*. It interacts with the dopamine and serotonergic systems, however its main mechanism concerns promoting neuron communication*. This is achieved by increasing the growth of nerve endings called dendrites, which enhances the rate at which the nervous system communicates*.

Fisetin
